　　Meet Jay Catsby!!

　　This handsome boy has the mask of a super hero and the heart of a lamb. At some point in one of his lives, J.C. suffered a head injury causing him to have seizures if he doesn't take his meds. Jay really puts the "special" in special needs. Once comfortable in his new surroundings he will love and head rub all over you. He loves to have his head scratched and will sit quietly by your side just to keep you company. A quiet home would be best for J.C. perhaps with a cat buddy! Indoor only.
