My story

　　Jane was heartworm positive when she came to PAWS and has undergone heartworm treatment. She will require another 2 weeks of cage rest and going out on a leash without running. A heartworm recheck will also need to be done in 1 month and monthly heartworm prevention through the rest of her life. You need to understand this if thinking of adopting Jane. She would be fine with one other dog or as an only dog and will require a fenced in yard.

　　Jane is 2 yrs. old.Please submit an application at pawshs.org and NOT a Petfinder inquiry as they may not be answered due to the volume of these inquiries received. Our adoption fees include the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations (including rabies for cats / dogs over 4 months of age), flea prevention, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, heartworm test for dogs over 1 yrs old,
