Jana is an 1-year-old spayed female Lab mix who probably has some Terrier in her mix. She is black with white markings that include black speckles on her white markings. She is a gorgeous girl who currently weighs 44 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized dog. Jana came to PAHS as a stray and her owner never came looking for her. She is very shy and timid but she is such a loving girl. Jana is so sweet and craves a kind word or any affection that is shown to her. This girl is going to quickly bond with her new family because she wants to be loved so much. Jana would be good with other dogs and children. She is so ready to be out of the shelter and in a great home with her very own family. We can't wait to see our sweet girl find a forever home.Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. All cats and kittens may be adopted for $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
