My story

　　With his handsome good looks and xl size, Jaeger certainly garners attention whereever he goes! His dad tells us that when he goes to PetSmart for his bath and nail trim everyone oohs and ahhs over him. He is a staff favorite!  He is between 4.5 and 5 yrs old and tips the scales at nearly 120 lbs, although he is about 20 lbs overweight. Sadly his owner is having back surgery and is no longer able to care for Jaeger. He has been a beloved family member for the past 3+ years and while his dad would love to find a way to keep him, he knows his recovery will be lengthy and he isn't allowed to even bend down to feed Jaeger. He has made the difficult decision to find a new home for his pal even though he wishes he could keep him. Jaeger is house and crate trained and walks pretty well on leash but he is very strong. Given his owner's health he hasn't been leash walked for quite some time but he does love romping around his yard! Jaegere absolutley adores people and and was a delight when our representative went to meet him. His nub tail was wagging and he stood nicely while he received pets and attention. He doesn't jump up but does get easily distracted on leash and wants to check out all the interesting things in his surroundings. Since Jaeger has always been an only child he will need to be an only dog. His owner really has not had him around other dogs but he gets good reports when he goes to PetSmart for grooming (we do not know if that means he is dog friendly.) Due to his size, no kids. Experienced owner required for this purebred, absolutely stunning rottie!
