My story

　　I am a very friendly 11 year old Beagle! I love to play with my blankets and even though I am big, I still love to snuggle. It will take me about a week to get comfortable in your home but eventually you will see my true colors. Sometimes I get in to the trash. I don't bay or howl but I love to bark at garbage trucks and motorcycles when I'm in the car. Once I get settled in and comfortable in your home, I'm protective over my family. I'm not like most Beagles, I take my time to eat my food and I love to sleep. I'm very good outside of a kennel when you leave and I get so excited when you come home! I'm pretty good around children and I love playing with other dogs. Please give me a chance to be part of your family!I have Cushing's which means I am on medication several times per week. I drink more water and need to potty more, so a dog door is a good idea for me. Also, the medication makes my legs a little weak, so my fur-ever home probably only has a pool that is fenced (or no pool).
