Jack was picked up as a stray in Reedley, so we don't know what his history is like, but he is a very peculiar dog. He is strong-willed and gets focused on what he wants. As neurotic and wild as this boy seems, he has a huge heart and can easily fall in love with someone who will allow him to. Don't you think he deserves a chance?
