Jack Russell Terrier (Parson Russell Terrier) - Jack - Small

　　Jack, we believe, is a 'jack whippet'. Part jack/rat/fox terrier, part whippet/Italian greyhound, maybe a splash of chihuahua. He seems super energetic, but after a quick run or vigorous walk, is ready to be a couch potato for the rest of the day. Loves other dogs, tries so hard to get them to play. In a foster home with older dogs who have little use for such a silly boy, he has made friends with the neighborhood black labs and is most interested in playing with them. He becomes very playful and excited when he sees cats. He has been on a leash, so it isn't known if he would hurt them, but he would certainly want to chase them for fun. He is very eager for nuzzles and will insert himself into the most comfortable spot on the couch at the slightest opportunity. Seems to like men, women and children, pretty much anyone who will give him attention. He will go to the door and bark when he wants to go out and will sleep in a crate in the bedroom with minimal protest. Jack is neutered, up to date on routine shots, microchipped, heartworm negative and on preventative. Adoption fee applies.
