　　Make this canine family part of your family! What a terrific twosome! This is Jackie and Justin, four year old brother and sister Jack Russell Terriers. They have a nice smooth white coat with black and tan markings and short little legs. They are both a tad overweight from being spoiled with buttered toast -- Jackie weighs 22 lbs and Justin weighs 29. Theses two cuties were well loved in a happy home until their owner died suddenly and unexpected. He was one of our wonderful volunteers.

　　Here's the word on them from the Doghouse Facility: "Where he goes, she goes and where she goes he goes. These two lovely dogs mirror each other and are twice as nice. Justin has a hardy appetite and it shows with his healthy appearance. He is a lover and will romance just about anybody. Even a dog critic will melt when he gives them the eyes and tilts his head. Jackie is a little more reserved, but while you are kissing on Justin, she will sneak up behind you and demand attention just so he doesn't hog it all. Both of these guys will go directly into their crates at night and as long as they get their goodnight treat, not another peep comes out of them. Crate trained."

　　We really feel they need to go together cause Jackie will not cooperate with you if she doesn't have Justin. She can be very shy and not come to you (unless bribed with food!) without Justin around. And she is much more social with him as well. They were inside/outside dogs in a home with a doggie door. They are good with other dogs and should be fine with older children. We don't know about cats. Jackie and Justin are up to date on vet care, spayed and neutered and heartworm negative. They are both on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. They are still somewhat shell-shocked but adjusting much better. Thanks heavens dogs are adaptable to what life throws at them -- much better than people! So please help us find another loving home for these two sweet dogs to help us honor our greatly missed volunteer.
