My name is Jessica Walker and I have an adult (1-2 years at most) Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua mix that I found 2.5 months ago in LA in a box with her 3 newborn puppies. I took them home and cared for them while they were growing. I've found all 3 puppies wonderful, loving homes that jumped through numerous hoops to be considered as potential adopters. However, while I have been publicizing her heavily no one has inquired about Ivy. I am a university student living on a tight salary and already have 4 animals to take care of. While the puppies and Ivy were here they were in want of nothing, but it seems that now the best thing I can do for her is hand her over to a rescue who has more resources than I. She loves to cuddle, is very affectionate, and plays well with others. She gets along fabulously with my two Chihuahuas and two cats (who love her). She is very confident during walks and loves exploring the world around her. She is not well versed in greeting other dogs, but she is simply over enthusiastic and not aggressive. She loves car rides and falls asleep in my backseat. She is potty trained with only occasional accidents and is doing very well with crate training. She loves all toys and will run around with them in her mouth! She simply wants to spend time with you and her favorite place to hang out is at your side. Can you take this dog into your rescue?
