Before pedal cars, children had the Irish Mail, a pump (handle) car. This one has never been refinished and is in working condition. You don't see these very often and not in the condition this one is in. It is from the late 1800s to early 1900s. Ebay has some listed for auction. There are some interesting facts in a Google search, This is a collector item. It could also be used for a large doll in a setting. It is 26" from front to back wheels, 13" from side to side and 10" high.
