Iris, who is around 2 years old and weighs 48 pounds, is the sweetest, friendliest dog you could hope to find. She meets all people and creatures (cats included) with a friendly manner. She can be playful but for the most part enjoys lounging around on the couch. She is extremely quiet and rarely barks. Iris loves riding in the car and is super well behaved.

　　Iris is VERY well behaved. She does need regular trips outside for potty breaks with positive reinforcement. She sleeps out of her kennel all night without incident. She is crated when her foster family leaves the house for longer periods of time. She does need to be led into her kennel but she likes it as she often goes it in on her own while the family is home during the day just to hang out. She does not chew on anything inappropriate but she enjoys the dog toys we have.

　　Iris will fit into ANY home - she loves all people and is super gentle with the young children I have seen her around. She is very quiet and calm for the most part. I do believe she will love outings and be easy to take in any situation. She is not disturbed by loud noises or unfamiliar things.

　　When Iris was rescued she suffered from a severe skin condition. It is healing beautifully but she will need good vet care to ensure she doesn't have any more issues. She is a total love bug and will be a treasure to a lucky family!
