I put this up only last year. I am moving. I also upgrade to salt filter. No chlorine needed, only about $30 of salt the entire season. No ladder included. I had this in storage all winter and was about to put back up. Everything you need except ladder / water and salt. I paid 400 for pool at wal mart and 200 for salt upgrade.
