You can watch your baby from your room without having to go in their room to wake them up. We always felt safer if we knew they were still in their beds. You never know these days with all the kids being kidnapped from their rooms, this will make you feel much more safe. Comes with the monitor, camera that hangs on wall or sits on dresser, and the plug cord for each. You can adjust the volume on the monitor and its very sensitive, you can hear a foot step if its turned up all the way. You can also turn the video off and use only the audio or vice-verse. The range between the camera and the video monitor is extensive with a range of 350ft. The camera is equipped with night vision.
