Buyer gets the Ikea cooktop pictured. Unused. This was put in a new home build but someone changed their mind. Box is not original. Comes with only what you see.  The buyer gets what is pictured so please check the pictures carefully. Bottom line:Satisfaction is guaranteed or returns are free with a couple of stipulations:  1) if you have a problem you must make an effort to contact us before leaving feedback....if you can not commit to that then shop elsewhere   2) If a free return with a 100% refund might cause you to pitch a fit please than please shop elsewhere.  If the above stipulations make you not want to buy our stuff I am truly sorry but we are a low drama operation.There are 2 shipping options: 1) UPS---It should get there OK ( they usually do) but it is UPS, things go up converyor belts and soemtimes things fall off conveyor belts . If it gets broken in shipping you will get a refund if you take the pictures I need and save the packaging etc. It also helps to not try and blame my packing on the damage. Sometimes stuff gets broke no matter what. Also, this is the only one I have so if you really want one this might be the only one out there right now.2) Freight--- for this item freight means a private courier. The chances of damage this way is about zero. But it costs more.
