1996 Hunter 23.5 sailboatIt is a swing keel that displaces about 1.5 ft or so of water when the keel is retracted with about about a 5.5 ft draft when it is down.Comes with the trailer (good tires with manufactuerd date of the 14th week of 2020) and 8 HP Tohatsu 2 stroke outboard. The boat is in overall in nice condition. Sails and lines are in good shape. It has a roller furling jib that works as it should. The interior stays dry and does not have any weird smells. The fiberglass hull is solid with no dock rash. The top deck has some spider webbing that I would fill in with bondo or a patch kit if you were repainting the deck, but it's nothing major. Interior looks new. Motor runs without issue. New deep cycle battery with a manufactured date of 10/22. New green and red side LEDs that run 3/4 the length of the boat installed this spring.Unlike most boats on the market, you can sail this from day one without any needed overhauls or major cleaning upfront.I am listing the boat since our lives have gotten busier than when we bought it a year and a half ago. We used it several times last year but don't expect to make it to the lake enough going forward to justify owning it.Full folder of additional photos can be seen at the following:Additional PhotosAlso for sale locally. As seen in the linked photos, I have removed the wave stickers and pinstripes from the sides earlier this spring.
