　　He's a purr-monster!

　　Hummer is a great cat; he enjoys being petted and held and is just waiting for a loving real home. AND he is extremely handsome with his gray medium length coat, fluffy tail, white tuxedo, and green eyes. With his basically mellow disposition and large size, and he is a very quiet cat, doesn't meow a lot, he might be a bit Maine Coon but we can't be sure, we do think he will be good in a quiet home. We have learned he can get overstimulated and we wouldn't suggest him with young children. And think he might like a safe indoor/outdoor setting. He enjoys being petted and has a very soft coat.

　　This poor guy was abandoned in a box at the Humane Society by his first home, and then HSSV transferred him to the San Jose Animal Care Center. SJACS asked us to rescue him so he'd have a great forever home. Shows you how gentle and trusting he is, he didn't even try to get out of the box they left him in!

　　Since we don't know his name, but we think he's a hum-dinger of a cat, and happy, we named him Hummer!
