1960 Terra Marina older model house boat with trailer. Sleeps 4. Propane tank, Three burner stove and oven. Small solar panel for lighting plus electric lights. New never used porta-potty. Front and back decks with awnings. Has motor that ran when I purchased it, but now there is a crack at the bottom of it, I do not know if it can be fixed or if it needs motor replaced. Title of boat says aluminum hull, but it is fiberglass with aluminum on very bottom middle section. Clean title. Needs back deck replaced and small section in the entryway. Price is negotiable.
