　　SOCKS is a female Hound / Labrador Retriever mix and is approximately 5 years old (July 2013). She is a large dog and weighs about 58 pounds. SOCKS, her sister Squirt and mother Roxy were recently surrendered to ARF by their elderly owner. Their owner was physically and financially unable to care for his beloved family members any longer and with a heavy heart asked for ARF?s help. SOCKS is a very sweet girl with a low energy level. SOCKS gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with her suitemates. Initially she can be shy with new people but she is gradually coming around. SOCKS is kennel trained and doggie door trained. SOCKS is heartworm negative, up to date on shots, spayed and micro-chipped.
