　　Buddha is a 4-month-old male Hound mix. He is a very handsome boy--solid red and his coat is so shiny you can see yourself in it! Buddha is a big boy--he already weighs 19 pounds and is only about 4 months old! In spite of his size he is still very much a puppy at heart. Buddha is playful and active. We think he is a smart boy because he is very alert, curious, and interested in everything going on at the shelter. He gets along great with the other dogs and puppies at the shelter. Buddha loves children and is a very friendly boy! We think this big pup would make a wonderful family dog. Buddha would be so happy to have a family of his own. Please make this pup's dreams come true by giving him the chance he deserves.

　　Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. Black dogs and puppies may be adopted for $50. Cats, 7 months and older, may be adopted for $50. Kittens, under the age of 7 months, may be adopted for $80. Adoption fees for pure breds may be higher and will need to be discussed with the Shelter Manager. PAHS is also offering the Better with a Buddy Program; if you adopt one kitten, you can adopt his or her buddy for half price. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), 30 days of insurance (as requirements met), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.
