　　I have 3-years in hospitality working the 3rd shift front desk and night audit..

　　I have plenty experience in maintenance at a motel and my past 14 years in construction..

　　My biggest asset to the company is customer service with the customers, and to troubleshoot a situation before it becomes a big problem..

　　Being in-house I would be available for 24/7 on call, I don't mind working weekends, holiday's or overtime..
