My story

　　My name is Hot Sauce and I'm a lovely 3 year old Calico with bright green eyes. I am fairly independent, however I love to be in the same room as my humans so I can keep an eye on them. I don't always want pats, but when I do I REALLY want pats. My favorite place to be scratched is behind my ears and under my chin. Playing with toys isn't really my thing but sometimes if a toy looks at me funny…I'll show it who's boss. I am a very vocal cat, I'm just talking to myself or letting everyone know where I am. You won't forget I'm here! Sometimes I let you think I want pats just so I can run away, it boosts my self esteem to know your interested. Some might call me a tease. I'm most active in the morning and at night. During the day I like to nap around the house, usually on or under a bed. A fuzzy blanket will do nicely as well. Once I get more comfortable I'll sleep on your bed at night. One of my favorite things to do is look out the window. Some of my other hobbies include wrestling with my foster mate(Lil Sneaky) and rolling around in the sun or in the middle of the room. I am an indoor cat, I might not come back if you let me out.

　　I don't like to be grabbed or picked up, unless it's a short ride to your lap! I'm very punctual for my meals, so if you forget don't worry, I'll be RIGHT next to you. I definitely need a scratching post in the house and I like my litter box to be cleaned regularly, I am a lady after all! I'm looking for a family/owner who is patient, loving, likes my singing, willing to give me my space when I need it and also all the attention I could want when I need that too. Additionally I am looking for someone who will adopt my best bud Lil Sneaky along side me. I've been looking after her since she was a very young kitten and she has become my best friend in the world, I love her very much!
