English Horseback Riding Lessons in Convenient Stafford, VA. Private and Semi-private lessons available. We have several nice lesson horses, or you may trailer in with yours. I will also travel to your farm in Stafford or Southern Fauquier Counties!

　　Our regular lesson program works with students ages 8* and up, from beginners who have never sat on a horse, to more experienced riders who need a tune up. (*See below for details on our Pee Wee Program!)

　　Our trainer has over 30 years experience in the horse industry. With numerous championships at shows across the state, she has the knowledge and experience to help you win in the show ring.

　　Using a balanced-seat approach to riding, you will receive an all around education that will help you succeed in whichever discipline of riding you wish to pursue. Novice students will have unmounted theory lessons to learn other elements of horsemanship, including grooming, tacking up, safe handling of their horse or pony, stall cleaning, tack cleaning, bandaging, braiding, blanketing, horse conformation and more.

　　Some of our students' recent accomplishments include championship wins at HITS Culpeper, TWA Jumpers, Frying Pan Park, Elysian Hills, Kelly's Ford and more.

　　Not into showing, but just want to become a more confident and secure rider? We can help. Unlike some barns, there is no pressure to go to shows with us. We feel riding should be enjoyable, no matter what you do. Some of our students are casual riders, foxhunters and trail riders.

　　*PEE WEE PROGRAM: Do you have a horse crazy child under the age of 8? Contact us about our Pee Wee Program to introduce them to riding and being around horses. Block of four 20 min sessions for $100. The Pee Wee program is perfect for introducing the smaller ones to riding. We think of it as a head start program prior to moving up to "regular" lessons. Not only will they be balanced and confident around horses and ponies, but they will be able to move up to "real" lessons sooner than a child who hasn't had this exposure. This isn't just a pony ride; the little ones will be introduced to actual riding skills.
