I own a home on 5 acres that has a arena size corral currently with two horse friendly horses. I am offering a place to board your horse for 100.00 a month YOU buy the hay, OR 225.00 I buy the hay *per horse*. If your horse doesn't do well with others there is plenty of room for you to put up your own corral with access to water and a place to stack your hay, you can put up any size corral on the property along with any thing else you think your horse will need. I also have a horse trailer you can stick your gear in out of the weather. You will be provided with a gate key to get in and out of the property. The horse area on the back 3 acres is surrounded by 7 foot high welded wire, the corral front is hot wire with heavy gauge rope wire and 3 sides are the 7 foot fencing. Fully protected here. Front gates stay locked at night so no worries. Should you ever need to come here at night after dark, at a reasonable hour, just call me ahead of time. Should your horse ever get out of a corral it will never get out of the acreage:) We are surrounded by lots of open area's to ride, down to the river, over to Lake Lahonton or anywhere in between. We are located off 9th street area outside of the town itself.
