Hooch is the handsomest, squishest 10 year old Dogue De Bordeaux on the block, but don't tell him he's a senior....he still thinks he is a spring chicken!
Hooch is house trained and walks well on a leash. He's a mellow guy who loves any and all attention he can get...cuddles, pets, scratches...even saying his name gets a tail wag of happiness from him. Hooch was found as a stray and while we are sad that no one came for him we are glad that we get the privilege of helping some lucky family call him theirs. Hooch has a few medical conditions, bilateral KCS (dry eye), a bit of a dry nose, muscle atrophy of rear legs and tends to drag them a little bit as he has reduced range of motion...all is being addressed by one of wonderful vet partners and this lovebug will be on his way to a healthy new life where he will be the apple of someone's eye. Since coming into rescue he has already learned how to sit, lay down, go to his bed, off and no. He has also proven to be completely trustworthy with free roam and is good with other dogs, cats, kids and adults alike. Hooch does have some food allergies but his skin is improving tremendously with a grain free diet. Will you be the Turner to this Hooch?
