Honey is a beautifully marked lady looking for a new home.
Honey has lived most of her life with an older woman who rarely left Honey by herself.
This lady loves Honey dearly, but has early onset dementia and can no longer handle Honey.
Honey has been staying with friends, but they are both in ill health and cant give Honey the kind of attention or exercise she needs.
They too will soon be moving into assisted living, and will not be able to take Honey with them.
Honey is believed to be an Entlebucher Mountain Dog.
Due to the characteristics of her breed, Honey would do best with a family who is kind, but firm; and can provide strong pack leadership.
Honey would do best with an individual who is active and enjoys activities such as hiking, jogging, etc. or an active family with a large back yard that would welcome Honey as an integral part of the family and involve her in outings and activities.
