My story

　　Gorgeousness!Why hello there, hooman! My name is Ella. I am a 1-year-old, spayed female, Shepherd Mix weighing around 41 lbs. I am here because The Animal Pad took me in. I was born at TAP! I am completely house/bathroom/leash trained! Now just gotta my my furever home… is that you?!Let’s share a little bit about me! I am the sweetest little girl. I have a lot of puppy energy and I’m an athlete training for my division 1 scholarship of catching/fetching the tennis ball. I like to protect my hooman on walkies and the house by barking, but we're working on limiting it. I can pull on leash and lunge to play with other doggos in a playful manner. I’m great when left alone in my crate and sleep in the crate like an angel at nighttime. I love hoomans and getting pets from everyone, sometimes with a slow start depending on the hooman but I’ve never been aggressive with anyone I’ve met. I love other doggos as well! My foster introduced me to a family doggo, and I was a little overwhelmed because the other doggo was bigger, and more energetic, but I was never aggressive just a little shy and needed time to warm up to the energy. I have no anxiety and I have never been aggressive. I can be a little bitey while playing, or if you take something away from mr occasionally. I only growl when I’m scared. I am doggo-friendly, but I can be timid at first. I have not met any cats yet! I would be okay with little hoomans with supervision because of puppy play biting instincts. My favorites are playing fetch, going on walkies, chewing on my toys, practicing tricks, getting lots of pets, napping, and snuggling!!!My perfect furever home would be one with love & patience! I currently live with an older doggo in my foster home, and I love it! I would love to have another doggo in the household, but also would be perfectly fine without a doggo. The doggo in the house doesn't currently play with me too much, but I love being around him. I can be left alone in her crate for 4-5 hours at a time. I want a furever home with a family that will play with me, take me on adventures, snuggle and be kind and patient with me as I grow out of my puppy phase. My adoption fee is $500 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.
