2001 Honda CR-250R Motocross/Dirt Bike. The bike starts, idles, shifts and runs perfectly. Only trail ridden, it is in very nice clean condition. I wanted to completely refurbish the bike and make it look like what Honda might build if they still offered a 2013 CR-250R model. I spent way too much going through it top to bottom for something I must now sell due to of lack of finances. Very crisp and strong from lugging to peak RPM. It has new plastics all around and a new seat cover. New Fluidyne Radiators with new plastic louvers. Also 2012 Honda front brake rotor and new style wave rotor on the rear. New metallic EBC brake pads. New Renthal sprockets and MSR gold chain. New front and rear wheel bearings and seals along with modern "fat" pegs which are 1/4" inch wider than the stock pegs. Red Renthal bars with new grips and new clutch/front brake levers. New color matching HRC style front vented number plate which will allow good air flow over the top of the radiators, under the tank and also a decent amount of air to the riders mid-section. New red lower fork leg guards. Custom new style "CR-250R" Graphics. The tires have less than 30 minutes use in soft loam (near new) breaking in a fresh set of rings. Fresh oil change along with checked/lubed/torqued swingarm, rear shock linkages and steering stem bearings. New throttle tube and cable and new clutch cable. New Boyesen reeds. New aluminum MSR folding-tip shift lever. It has a freshly powder-coated Pro Curcuit Works pipe. There are a couple of very mild dents that will not effect performance (one hardly noticeable and other is underneath/not seen). This pipe gives great low end lugging grunt and mid power and also allows great peak power. Freshly cleaned and re-packed silencer. The black rear spring is an Eibach unit at a 5.5 rating and the front fork springs are .46 units (new seals and fresh oil/serviced). The bike's suspension should be easily suitable/adjustable for riders in the 200 to 250 range. There are some mild scratches on the 2009 style Honda front fender and the rubber throttle boot has a couple splits in it. Other than that the bike is fresh and ready to go. Asking $2500.00 The bike is located in the far NW corner of Arkansas.
