It is only 5 years old and is in execllent condition has only been used 5 times. I bought it brand new from a Fingers Furniture Auction in Houston TX 5 years ago. The retail price of the Dining Room table was $23,500. and I paid $11,500. for it. It sits 8 people, it includes 2 leaves, 6 side chairs and 2 arm chairs (I paid $200 for each chair). The table is made of mahogany wood and has a beautiful design carved into the bottom post and on the corners of the table (shown in pictures).
