Herman's story

　　This big meatball is Herman! He was found as a stray and released to us from a local shelter. He immediately became a staff favorite because of his silly personality and looks. He does have a neurological issue where he is a little cross-eyed and his head shakes. As far as we know this isn't causing any problems with day to day life. He is a very big and strong guy that any potential adopter needs to be prepared to handle. He will benefit from training once in a new home. Sometimes he doesn't realize how large he is and tends to jump up on people because he wants to get attention so he may not do well in a home with young/small children. He is very sweet and loving and gives the BEST sloppy kisses! He would do well with larger and similar energy-level dogs but we do recommend he meet any potential "dog siblings" before going home with them!
