Hercules: 35+ days homeless's story

　　Meet Hercules! Hercules came to us at the end of October from a hoarding situation in Dallas, TX. The home he came from housed 60+ other dogs, 15 of which we agreed to take into our care. Sadly, they dont understand where they are and who we are. Some are more social, while others are very scared and flighty. Weve been getting to know them and have been making great progress! This group of dogs would be fabulous as 2nd dogs to any family with one or more outgoing dogs, that are also willing to continue working with them on their socialization needs.

　　Here is what Hercules' foster mom had to say about him: Hercules is a true gentleman. He will not bite or nip, nor will he bark or get himself into trouble. He's very gentle, but also a bit scared, therefore a quiet adult home would suit him best. Hercules loves walking on his leash (HE DOES!!!!!) and walks very nicely. He is non reactive to other dogs or cats he may encounter on his walks. Although Hercules is still working on his housebreaking, he made leaps and strides every day. Hercules is also super soft and cuddly, and loves belly rubs and massages behind his ears. Hercules would thrive in a quiet adult home without other pets or loud noises around. Not only is Hercules the cutest dog ever, but he is perfectly sized at approximately 25 pounds! Hercules gets along with other dogs, however has not yet been introduced to cats or kids. We will update as we learn more, but in the mean time, ask to spend time with Hercules today!

　　Hercules is available and able to have applications submitted once you've met. He has been waiting 35 days as of 11/24/18.
