　　Meet Herbert! Herbert is a 15 lb, 5 yr old Shih Tzu. He is a mellow and sweet dog that likes to lounge around, but when he's not lounging, Herbert loves to run and play, even tries to play with the big dogs. For the most part, he does really well with people, but he does tend to be standoffish with larger men. He is fully house trained and does fairly well on shorter walks. He's patiently awaiting his fur-ever home. Herbert is neutered, microchipped and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $250 which helps Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs, vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies.

　　All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. All dogs live in private foster homes until they are adopted.
