Henry came from a sad place where he wasnt given love or socialization. He and his brother were surrendered to a shelter and they were so scared and confused. They huddled together and wouldnt acknowledge people. Henry has been a surprise in his foster home. He has come around quickly. He has a long way to go but he has made great strides. He lets his foster people leash him and walk him. He likes being out in the fenced in yard and his foster brothers give him confidence; and he likes romping with them. He likes his crate and seems to view it as a safe place. He has a little separation anxiety but is working through it. He just gets a little noisy when his foster parents leave for work but its getting less and less as he gets comfortable here. There is a really sweet dog underneath the little bit of fear he has. He loves to hide toys in his crate. He likes cheese and chicken and cookies. He loves being loved on and just needs a patient home, preferably with at least one furfriend to keep him company and help him keep figuring out how to be a dog. He has had no accidents in the house. He is a puppy underneath it all so hes still learning and needs to be watched. He will likely revert a little to his timid ways when he finds his furever home and figures it out but he will come around with patience and understanding. He will be neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, and wormed.
