My home in Colorado Springs, was burglarized, SEVERAL times this summer (have video tape that,when the fuzz was cleared from the rain pretty much shows it is my neighbors, however the CSPD sent me a note stating they had nothing further, did not address the video taped eviedence and they are no longer "actively" assisting in the burglary so looks like I have to do my own investigation)
