Hazelton was brought to us when someone in his previous home developed allergies to him. They had named him Hazel, thinking he was a girl, until they went to spay her and found out he was actually a boy. He is a huge lap kitty who is afraid of other cats, especially if they swat at him. He doesn't get mad, he just moves away as far as he can and curls into a ball. He lived with children and dogs and doesn't seem to mind the dogs here at all. He was unsettled for the first few weeks and would meow and pace, but he has settled in and done well. He likes his toys he got for Christmas and has definitely developed an interest in what is going on around him. He has the softest fur that you can imagine and I love to sit and just pet on him. He loves to give me head bumps and purr. He is actively seeking a new home that has no allergies, so this time, he can stay fur-ever!
