My story
Hazel is a 2-year-old female Lab/Pit mix who has already been spayed. She is an owner turn in to PAHS because her owner was moving and couldn't take her. Hazel is chocolate with white markings; and she currently weighs 76 pounds. This is a beautiful dog who is just as sweet as she is pretty. Hazel's owner shared she can be a bit stubborn at times but that doesn't affect her great personality which is loving and affectionate. She would be a great family dog because she is good with everyone including children and other dogs. Hazel is house trained, leash trained, and very well behaved. We know she is going to make someone a wonderful new friend, family member, and companion. Hazel has it all--loving, well behaved, and house trained! That's a great combination to fit in just about anywhere!Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
