Happy Feet's story

　　Happy Feet, a female border collie mix who was left in one of our outside kennels when no one was present at the shelter. Whoever left her failed to leave any information with her, so we have little to go on. She is a very sweet girl with a happy, upbeat disposition and a very affectionate nature.
