My story

　　*hiss hiss* Hi!! My name is Hammy, please may I have some snuggles? Sorry about the hisses, I'm actually a very sweet boy; I just forget sometimes that I don't have to be scared of people anymore! I lived outside until I was 4 months old, so I didn't get ANY hugs or kisses until then. Can you believe that? Now snuggles are my favorite thing...I won't even eat my breakfast until I get my morning snuggle!

　　I am still a little shy around strangers, so I might take a little time to warm up in my new home. Treats and playtime are sure to help me get more comfortable... just be patient and let me come to you! I have a big loud purr motor and can make biscuits all day.

　　I'm generally a quiet boy. I LOVE having a bunch of toys to play with, and I can keep myself occupied pretty well. I hope you've got a big soft bed for me to sleep on, too! I really just want to hang out with you while you read a book or watch tv.

　　My dream home would have another nice, friendly cat for me to be best friends with. My foster mom has a giant boy cat who helps me feel really confident and safe! I love to follow him around and play with toys together. I'm really nervous about dogs though, so I would prefer a home without dogs.

　　Will you come say hi and give me a treat? I can't wait to meet my new family!
