Gus is a former outdoor feral who led a very rough life. He's come a long way with his socialization, but he will still most likely spend a majority of his time hiding. He is very cute and has potential to come out of his shell further with a bit of work and patience. He is also very good with other cats.

　　Gus is FIV positive. Current research suggests that FIV does not spread easily among cats in the same household, but it is something to consider. However, Gus does have a benefactor that has offered to pay for any additional vet care he may need in his lifetime.
