I am not sure when this guitar was made in Paracho, Mexico, but it has been well cared for with only light wear and tear including scratches, dinks and chips. See photos for physical condition. Open a photo in a new tab and it can be expanded for greater detail. There was a headstock repair at some point as seen in the photos (near the G string tuner). The treble tuners sit a little eschew on the headstock but that's just evidence of its handmade nature and doesn't affect functionality of the tuners. This is a very lightweight guitar with excellent projection and clarity -- a great example of lutherie's long tradition in Paracho. The side bindings are solid, not kerfed, which takes more skill to bend. These guitars are not the finest made guitars in the world by any measure. When one can be found in good condition with nylon strings (not steel which will wreck a lightweight classical given enough time), no separations or significant damage, the reward is in the tonal quality and playability.Frets leveled, crowned and polished 7/10/23New bone nut 7/24/23New nylon strings 7/24/23New Wayfinder by Gator light duty gig bag includedNew electronic clip-on tuner includedAction at 12th fret: 6th string 3.25 mm; 1st string 2.75 mmOverall length 39.5 inchesWidest bout 15 1/8 inchesScale length 648 mmNut width 50 mmFan bracing with 7 bracesMaple fretboard and bridgeOriginal bone saddleSolid cedar sides, back, neck and headstockSolid spruce top
