Greyhound - Jill - Medium - Adult - Female - Dog

　　Jill is a petite brindle girl. SHe is almost 4 and had a long race career. A little shy, but that is to be expected in a new place.

　　She is affectionate and loves the attention she is getting from the volunteers.

　　Jill is now in foster. She is not compatible with small dogs or cats. FOSTER UPDATE:

　　Hi all. This is Jill [jelly bean] reporting. It?s Day 7 at Roja?s Cantina, the foster capital of Southern Arizona. As you can see by my roaching picture, I feel happy and secure here. Check out my surgical site; hardly visible - thank you Broadway Animal Hospital. So, here?s what I?ve learned so far: I can operate the doggie door, but my foster mom still needs to nudge that plastic thing to get things rolling. I?ve had no accidents in the home. I?ve started to play with squeaky toys; yes, it?s usually at 4:30 a.m., but when Beamer complained, I just reminded him what a joy it is to be free and able to play. That shut him up PDQ! I love to go on walks and I no longer pull on the leash. When I first started my daily walks, my foster mom would call me ?musher.? ?Musher, quit pulling me.? She?s a riot. I?ve sniffed everything in sight, but I haven?t destroyed one thing. I?m not crated ?cos, as Eliza Doolittle once said, ?I?m a good girl, I am,? and Mom is not fond of crates. I have a good appetite and eat two cups of Taste of the Wild twice a day, with a little sprinkling of chicken, or tuna, or Jack Mackerel, or salmon, or chicken medallions, or sweet potatoes, or veggies. Not too keen on the veggies, but eat them to keep Mom happy. Next week, I?m going to a safe doggie park where I can run with Beamer and Anabel, all muzzled as a safety precaution. I?m so looking forward to beating the pants of Beamer WOO HOO!
