This is a 6 piece shell pack in a "cherry burst" red fade. The Gretsch Catalina Maple drums are not sold anymore by Gretsch and its suppliers, I bought them myself about 4 years earlier. These things have been excellent to me. I have actually gigged with them throughout the years and tape-recorded with them in the studio playing everything from heavy funk and rock, to jazz and latin. Definitely an extremely versatile kit that is quickly tuned to whatever your preference might be. Great for beginning gamers trying to find an upgrade or experienced pros. The finish on a few of the shells have some scratches and dings however all purely visual.
