My story
Gretel is a female German Shepherd/Husky mix who must be spayed before she is adopted. County Animal Control brought her to PAHS as a stray and her owner never came looking for her. Gretel has the classic good looks of a German Shepherd with her black and tan (almost silver looking) coat. She has one brown eye and one blue eye! Gretel weighs 41 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized adult dog. She has a spunky little personality; and she is active and playful. Gretel would love to have a nice fenced yard where she could safely exercise and play. This little sweetie would not mind sharing her new home with another dog; and she would be good with older children. Gretel has a lot of potential to be a very nice family dog but one thing is missing----a family! Please come out and meet this gorgeous girl who needs a new start on life.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Gretel 35003, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
