Little antique cedar chest with brass or copper accents. The chest seems made of pine. Belonged to a middle aged individual's wonderful grandmother, so I'm thinking it dates from the 1910-20's period. Could possibly be a little later, but it does appear to have antique looking wood screws on the legs. She immigrated from Germany, so the chest might be from there or might be American. The cedar still smells very strong and looks to be in good shape. The chest has a couple of scuff marks (primarily on top) that might easily be retouched with a little Watco Oil. Kindly see images to assist judge condition. The dimensions are: 40" long, 18.5" deep, and 19" tall. $100.00.
