Grasshopper's story

　　Grasshopper is a sweet and sensitive soul, that is still figuring out this weird world of humans, but once you have earned her trust, she will transform into the silly, bouncy puppy she truly is. Grasshopper is looking for an adopter that will help her build confidence and engage her bright and curious mind with fun positive reinforcement training and games. She will benefit from a mix of quiet time and predictability, confidence building outings, activities, and playtime to channel all that wonderful puppy energy. She may do well in a home with children old enough to respect her space and let her set the pace for their interactions. Grasshopper has played well with others in playgroups here at the shelter, so she could live happily in a home with another well matched dog friend.
