This is a Graco crib in excellent condition. Model is "Sarah". Converts from a crib to a daybed. Says it can also be used as a full headboard, but I've never used it in that manner. Pictures show it as a daybed, but I have the other side-rail and all of the hardware. It is disassembled now. I have the manual for it too. The mattress is vinyl covered and was used with a mattress cover. The bedding is a 5 piece girl's set. Includes a diaper holder, window valance and crib bumper, quilt and dust ruffle.
