　　We will place your furniture in the store for sale and on our online auction site.

　　You tell us how long you want the item(s) to be for sale in the store at your price before the auction goes live on our online auction website.

　　Auction Commission Rate: 40% up to $1,000.00 gross sales amount; 35% up to $2,000.00 gross sales amount.

　　Store Commission Rate: 50% up to $1,000.00 gross sales amount; 45% up to $2,000.00 gross sales amount.

　　Can bring items in every day EXCEPT Thursday 12/ from 10 am -- 7:00 pm and Sunday noon
