Brown Leather Settee (c. 1): 52"W x 36"D x 31"T $500/OBO.

　　I purchased this piece in 1995 at an antique shop in Winston Salem, NC & have restored it to it's initial surface. This settee has actually been adoringly cared for & has actually been treated with Beeswax Orange Oil (Howard Feed-N-Wax Wood Polish & Conditioner) when or more than once a month considering that I've had it. Unfortunately, I have to significantly scale down so I need to lastly part with it. It's in remarkable condition & is from a smoke-free home. I made numerous cushions/pillows for it with the years & the ones in the picture are optional (free). This piece was originally meant to be in a "Man Only Smoking Room" once upon a time. I reinforced the within in 2010 utilizing initial wood/hardware but also included an additional support from a piece of recovered wood of the era. It has initial castors (in terrific shape) & is easily able to support @ 350 pounds.
