Golden Retriever - Casper - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog

　　Casper has quiet a story to tell. He came to us after a bird sanctuary contacted us about dog that was living there all alone, he was a puppy at the time, about 6 months old. We took Casper into our care and taught him to trust people. I would sit with him for hours and read my emails to him and finally he learned to trust and love people. He was adopted out to a person whom we knew and trusted only to be betrayed by that person and another humane once again. I found Casper at the Humane Society where he had been turned it to by his heartless owner. Thankfully Casper was micro chipped to me. He was so fearful that he was schedule to be euthanized because of that. Casper remembered me and I got him and his ?brother? out right away. We are now looking for a special home that will give Casper a happy live. He is a bit shy at first, but does warm up and if he gets to know his people he is just like any other dog. He does fine with other dogs and has lived with cats. He loves to walk, and run and play ball. He is a beautiful sweet dog . I promised him I would find him the best home. Please give this boy a chance, you will not regret it.

　　Casper is up to date on shots, chipped and neutered. He will need regular brushing and grooming. Casper is 4 years old.
