My story

　　Golden is such a loving and gentle lion and gentlemen. He is attuned to his surroundings, loves attention and sees the positives in every new day. He is coasting into his retirement years with all the joy and ease that so many people do in the second half of life. Golden loves to play via the window in the morning and watch the squirrels and birds eating. He loves his toys and dried catnip in one of them. He plays morning, later afternoon, and late in the evening. This guy opens up and loves to be pet, the more you do it the more he wants it, especially belly rubs. The key at first is to spend lots of time near him while he is on his blanket with toys and slowly he will come to place his paw on you.A bright spirit and good nature helped him through his recent health journey. Golden has a condition better known as "Pillow Paws" and while this is resolving he had to endure many vet visits and treatments, all in stride for this easy going guy. Golden has lived with other cats and with seniors. 

　　Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped.
