My story

　　There’s no place like (your) home!Greetings! I’m Glinda, and I’m a gorgeous 7-year-old terrier mix. I’m not spayed yet and weigh 52 pounds. I was rescued from Mexico and followed the yellow brick road all the way to TAP. I recently had my spleen removed, but after getting some much-needed TLC with my foster family, I’m back and better than ever! In fact, one of my favorite things to do now is prance around the neighborhood and show off my beautiful coat.I also enjoy taking naps, getting belly rubs, and being where my people are. I love to follow them around the house and be next to them so that I can get loved on. Basically, I’m just a lovable gal who is pretty low maintenance. I have very little separation anxiety, and I’m proud to say that I’m crate-trained, potty-trained, and leash-trained, too!I’d love to live in a mellow household where there is plenty of company. Kids and other doggies would be great, too – the more, the merrier! I’m not sure how I feel about cats, though. But given my sweet demeanor, I’m sure we would do just fine together. One last thing: I also have a grade 2/6 heart murmur. Unfortunately, I can’t wave my magic wand and make it disappear, so it will need some regular monitoring.
